The Senior Implementation Lead is a strategic professional who develops and manages, within a small team, the Digital Resilience strategy implementation, aligned to the new Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) implemented by the European Union (EU) regulatory authorities with the to strengthen resilience of the Financial Industry in the European Union.
Citi’s global operating model, the use of global IT and Cyber solutions, make Digital Resilience a pillar under Citi’s Global Enterprise Resilience strategy. Digital Resilience requirements will continuously change and develop, as a result the candidate must stay abreast of developments and translates them to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. This role will impact the entire area of Digital Resilience Globally, which affects the overall performance and effectiveness of Citi’s Enterprise Resilience function.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Implementation Lead develops and manages security and or COB solutions for a line of business.
Identifies and utilizes a global risk management model by analyzing emerging security and or COB threats and potential impacts to the business.
Defines solutions to mitigate business exposure by leveraging expert analytical and technical skills.
Advises and provides direction to senior business and IT leaders on risk management decisions.
Subject matter expert in one or more security and or COB technology and policy disciplines.
Resolves the highest impact, highest profile problems projects with significant business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes and industry standards.
Provides expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of IS COB & Controls.
Possesses a strong understanding of core business functions.
Utilizes comprehensive knowledge of multiple areas within technology to achieve technology objectives.
Responsible for resource management and allocation of work; acts as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts.
Provides in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
Directly impacts the business through contribution to technical direction and strategic decisions for IS COB & Controls.
Influences and negotiates with senior leaders (across functions); may communicate with external parties.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
relevant experience with Third Party oversight, risk and/or relationship management.
Ability to manage projects, expectations and maintain key relationships.
Familiarity with the emerging regulatory environment as it relates to Third Party risk management.
Advanced project management, data analysis and reporting ability; with a good understanding of supporting technologies (applications, reporting tools, and data presentation).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
