Reporting Senior Manager

The senior leadership role is within the Financial Reporting and Regulatory Reporting team that operates within the global Fund Services team at Citi.  The role within the team is multi-faceted and requires a dynamic individual to join the team, with a focus on service delivery, as well as strategic projects.    

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring timely and accurate deliverables to clients for Financial, Client and Regulatory reporting deliverables

• Client Relationship Management

• Stakeholder relationship management, internally and externally, including external auditors and the Central Bank of Ireland. Working with Senior Leads across Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Product, Account Management, Technology and other key stakeholders within Citi in support of Citi wide initiatives and service delivery to clients

• Managing, leading, coaching and developing a team of direct reports

• Leading and driving the strategic culture of governance within team

• Working with colleagues in Dublin, Warsaw and Luxembourg as well as technology vendors in the roll out of a new reporting application in support of the upcoming regulatory changes  

• Representing and making presentation at management meetings, client meetings, internal governance forums and to senior leaders within Citi

• An escalation point contact for client issues and complaints

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in reporting department within a Fund Administrator, audit, fund Accounting, finance, or business-related area

• Experience in fund administration, change management, and/or project management

• Demonstrated Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge in related area

• Knowledge of the Confluence Unity and other reporting platforms beneficial but not essential

• Strong technical expertise on accounting for financial instruments and strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues

• Strong organizational skills and communications with practical experience in dealing directly with clients and presenting at board and client meetings

• Keep up to date on accounting standards and regulatory change and ensure a consistent approach is applied by the team to any new changes

• Maintain a high level of integrity, a commitment to service excellence and ability to take ownership of tasks. Deputize as required for Ireland Head of Reporting
