The Human Resources (HR) Delivery Partner Senior Manager is a senior leadership level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team to drive the delivery of day-to-day HR support in coordination across HR Stakeholders and HR Disciplines. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of HR support to client groups aligned with HR business strategy.

  • Deliver HR services and build capabilities to drive organizational performance through individuals and managers, identify issues and recommend solutions.  
  • Manage a team of HR Managers or HR Professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team (e.g., performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions).
  • Coordinate and ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of global priorities and life cycle processes with global, cluster, and country HR Professionals.
  • Advise, train, and direct HR Managers, HR Professionals in HR related projects and cyclical BAU processes and end-to-end activities.  
  • Manage process delivery escalations and partner with Global Process Owners to deliver resolutions for any issues reported. Ensure all stakeholders are kept regularly informed of progress to closure. 
  • Support global initiatives in partnership with the operational model and global processes.   
  • Support and discuss strategic topics, progress of initiatives and action plans, results and metrics with stakeholders including Senior Management.   
  • Ensure effective delivery and execution of processes through partnering with disciplines to translate policies into operational processes, identifying key controls, capacity planning, driving improvement and measuring performance.   
  • Provides expert problem management support for difficult or complex issues, ensuring root-cause analysis is conducted, solutions are implemented, and lessons learned are applied for future benefit.  
  • Provide recommendations and monitor completion of HR process and policy improvements using operational metrics, survey results, and other key performance indicators.  
  • Coach and develop managers to build manager and employee capability. 
  • Maintain internal/external relationships with management, employees, HR colleagues, and stakeholders to achieve business and department goals.  
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on HR priorities  to ensure delivery, implementation, and communication of HR solutions.  
  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy and operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Drive consistency and quality in the processes and interfaces. 
  • Partner with Risk and Control and Disciplines on issues to ensure appropriate risks are assessed and ensure appropriate actions are taken.  

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards. 

Qualifications:

•            6-10 years of experience

•            Experience in developing risk management programs, identifying all significant processes, risks, and assessing key controls and monitoring associated with these significant processes

•            Self-motivated and detail oriented

•            Proven organization and time management skills

•            Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

•            Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills"

"Education:

•            Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

•            Master’s degree preferred"

  • English advanced

  • Knowledge in Risk & Control, PM, HR, Ops

  • Portuguese (desirable)

  • Skills: communication, people skills, leadership
