Citi's Internal Audit division provides independent assessments of the company's governance, risk management and internal control environment for key stakeholders including the Board of Directors, senior management and Citi’s numerous regulators globally. Internal Audit is a change agent within Citi aimed to enhance the control culture of Citigroup worldwide and thereby support senior management decision making around the globe.

Citi’s Internal Audit Analyst Program is a 24-month rotational leadership program which provides development-focused opportunities coupled with structured classroom training, mentoring and individual development. As an analyst on the world’s largest Internal Audit team, you will gain an understanding of internal audit best practices, learn about Citi’s businesses and the risks it manages, and apply this knowledge to develop and execute audit work in order to provide the highest quality and timely audit assurance to Citi’s key stakeholders. As an Internal Audit Analyst, you will face off to one of Citi’s core businesses or global functions to ensure that a sound control framework and environment is in place globally through the delivery of independent and timely assurance.

Your time here will look something like this...

During your two 12-month rotations in CDMX, Mexico , you will get hands-on experience in two (one per year) of the areas within IA (i.e., Compliance, ICG,  Risk, Finance,  etc.,). Most opportunities will require and enable cross-functional exposure, giving candidates a well-rounded experience at Citi.

Qualifications:

  • At least a 3.3 GPA, preferred
  • Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree or a dual Bachelor’s and Master’s between December 2023 and June 2024.
  • You will not require sponsorship for Mexico, work authorization now or anytime in the future.
