We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Markets Regulatory Controls Sr Supervisor - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Reference Data Services Sr Supervisor - C11) based in BGC, Taguig

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Exercises full leadership and supervisory responsibility over Operations Support department typically consisting of a medium sized team(s).

• Evaluate subordinates' performance and makes recommendations for staffing, pay increases, promotions, terminations, etc.

• Oversee review of client records and implement process enhancements to ensure that these fulfill regulatory requirements.

• Provide Management Information System (MIS) reporting to senior management and ensure delivery of targets within timelines dictated by BAU and Refresh Program.

• Ensure process information and documentation comply with local regulation and Citi standards.

• Update internal process documentation in accordance to change management policy.

• Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.

• Monitor efficacy of the Continuity of Business (CoB) Plan ensuring back-up site is prepared especially in the event of a wide-area disruption.

• Recommend new work procedures with limited scope of impact.

• Deal with variable issues with broader potential impact.

• Directly impact the area through contribution for delivery of end results and contribution to planning, budget management and formulation of procedures; influences resource planning.

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Developed communication and diplomacy skills

• 3-5 years relevant experience

• Compliance, Risk and Control, Financial Background

• Experience handling people but will not directly manage people
