OTC Derivatives Operations, Intermediate level Position - JPN -Markets

<業務概要＞

機関投資家および法人顧客向け店頭デリバティブ取引にかかわるバックオフィス業務

・決済管理業務

・デリバティブ取引契約書(コンファメーション)作成業務

・レポーティング等証券管理業務

・顧客、社内からのオペレーションやISDA関係等に関する問い合わせの対応

・社内システムやオペレーションフローの要件設定や改善

Responsibilities:

• Process settlements from derivative products. Interactively liaison with cash operation and overseas operation to provide smooth and superior service

• Drafting and generating of ISDA trade confirmation for non centrally cleared derivatives transaction. Regularly communicate with Legal department in local and overseas to keep accurate drafting knowledge.

• Process derivative settlements related to CCP activities(JSCC) 

• Resolve settlement related issues and escalate as needed; recommend solutions to resolve complex issues

• Monitor and maintain static data to keep accurate and compliant information in the firm. Engage in documentation and reporting required by regulators and clients on OTC derivatives products (blotter, monthly statements etc) 

• Lead small size unit (2-3 staff) in OTC Derivatives Operations and coach junior staff. Provide formal and informal guidance, and/or on the job training to team members

• Achieve team performance excellence to ensure high quality and high volume productivity

• Support team leader(AVP level) as unit leader on various activities

リーダー補佐経験のある方、将来的に業務リーダーを目指す方

日本語・英語　ビジネスレベル

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a related role, related experience. Equivalent work experience preferred                   

• Demonstrated comprehension of Derivatives products, accounting, contract documentation and regulatory policies

• Strong awareness of both external and internal best practice perspectives, maintaining a balanced and fresh viewpoint.                                                               

• Experience in team work and developing people preferred. Aim to be a leader positively and productively

• Participation in the implementation of projects, including new products, services and upgrades to platforms               

• Efficient oral and written communication skills in English and Japanese             

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance

Role in OTC Derivatives Operation, covering OTC Derivative transaction on CGMJ and Citibank Tokyo entities.
