Enterprise Workforce Management is responsible to lead Citi’s transformation efforts around staffing and skill adequacy and organizational design. We are a global team with highly motivated colleagues who want to ensure Citi has the right people, with the right skills, at the right place and time and cost.

The Skills Management Team is responsible for identifying skills we need, skills we have and what are the actions required to mitigate risk if there is a deficiency of skills in the organization.

This role will be responsible of embedding and implementing the skills assessment processes across the organization, and ensuring the process is sustainable to support Citi's skills management and planning .

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the stand-up and evolution of the annual skill assessment process across the global
  • Lead projects, generate new ideas and conceptual frameworks to help solve problems in relation to the methodology and the process, provide hands-on delivery to deliver the skill assessment process
  • Partner with internal deployment teams, key business stakeholders, HR Advisors and Learning & Development on implementing the annual skills assessment framework to assess gaps and progress made in closing skill gaps
  • Under skills assessment outcomes, design framework to drive appropriate talent strategies to fill skill needs
  • Participate and deliver regulatory responses specific to the skills management required for regulatory closure process, including preparing materials and managing artifacts to meet all relevant deliverables and Internal Audit requirements

Knowledge/Experience

  • 5-7+ years’ experience in strategic workforce planning / HR consulting / talent development
  • Good understanding of key principles involved in skills management in relation to workforce planning
  • Demonstrated experience of presenting complex ideas, data and analysis in a visually accessible way, ability to draft presentations and documentations to communicate complex issues to senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable to work with ambiguity and managing high-paced environment with changing priorities with exceptional ability to “get things done” in a tight deadline
  • Intellectually strong with strong analytical skills and attention to details, while keeping focus on the big picture; able to connect the dots across multiple pieces of work
  • Proven experience working in a global complex environment demonstrating cross-cultural understanding
  • Willing to flex working hours to accommodate a global team, demonstrated knowledge across multiple geographic locations

Education

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
