Trade Operations Processor

The Trade Operations Processor is an entry level role responsible for processing basic to relatively complex Trade Operations Transactions & Trade related Client Inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• To manage the day to day working of Trade Operations within various Trade Products such as: letter of Credit/ Guarantees/Incoming Documentary Collection.
• Handling and responding to client queries relating to all transactional activities within agreed turnaround times.
• Follow up on transactions and track through to completion.
• Properly monitor own transactions and ensure that any errors identified are escalated to Bank's seniors.
• Coordinate between clients, product, business and internal partners to ensure transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner.

• Resolve transaction services issues and use technical expertise/ judgment to conduct analysis
• Anticipate and respond to requests for transaction deliverables from internal and external clients and vendors.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated basic experience in Trade related products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data entry skills
• CDCS / CDSG Certified is preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
