WITA HR Talent Acquisition Operations Business Analyst
WITA HR Talent Acquisition Operations Business Analyst is responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee Risk & Control agenda (incidents, CAPs, audits, records management, ARCMs/MCA, sharepoint attestations etc.) and reporting
- Coordinate UK, Europe & MEA data gathering & analysis between respective HR WITA TAO Team Leads (Interview Scheduling/Early Careers, Onboarding/Right To Work, Background Screening)
- Provide operational updates (monthly key achievements/risks, Global TAO & EMEA TA Leadership MOR decks)
- Track & reporting TAO headcount (attrition/backfills, LOA, Resources/WD IDs)
- Support engagement initiatives (i.e. All Hands Calls) & VOE agenda (budget, initiatives)
- Monitor Russia Localization Project with APAC TAO counterparts
- Drive data clean ups (SharePoint structure & entitlements, WD entitlements review, removal of legacy HRSS reference etc.)
- May be required to temporarily support operational activity of the TAO team as/if required due to workload/as a back up of other Team Leads
What we’ll need from you:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Experience with automated end-to-end sourcing tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability and experience working in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
This is a fixed term role with a possibility of extension.
