The Business & Travel Shared Services (BTSS) is a global organization within Business Operations Shared Services (BOSS) with 1000+ employees located across the globe. BTSS offers variety of products and services to Citi Employees, including but not limited to Global Travel, Corporate Card Program, Vehicle Program, Late Night Meals, Archiving Services, Marketing Print, Transactional Print, Managed Print, Mail & Distribution Services.
BTSS manages the global corporate card program provided to Citi employees’ for business and travel related expenses. The Card Program works in partnership with Citi’s SCO (Supply Chain Operations) and TTS (Treasury & Trade Solutions) to build appropriate program controls and supports large business-driven card migration / implementation and regulatory projects related to the corporate card program. This role supports all corporate card administration activates globally.
Job Overview
The Corporate Card Global Program Intermediate Analyst’s primary role is to support Citi Employee cardholders efficiently across the globe with customer service excellence; understand and enhance existing Corporate Credit Card critical program components including service delivery, reconciliation and delinquency processes for 51+ countries managed by BTSS representing 47,000 cardholders; identifying risks and working on program controls.
This person is responsible for the end-to-end operation, administration, escalation and resolution of the Citi Corporate Card queries, tasks while improving processes. Members of the team always strive to improve processes and strengthen the control environment, while continuing to make Citi a great place to work.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent understanding of end-to-end Citi processes, policies, regulations, and governance. Initiates process changes and improvements
- Handling for Citi’s global customer base within established support thresholds, including bulk requests and housekeeping tasks
- Create maintain, and perform annual review of Process Control Manual documents associated with specific processes, tasks assigned
- Identifies, co-leads assigned minor or medium level risk improvements. Actively promotes continuous improvement and its activities and services to others
- Oversee card transaction reconciliations for in scope card country payment models
- Working with Cluster Leads on the team to review process improvement opportunities related to delinquency and reconciliation
- Able to handle complex escalations, problems independently by utilizing Corporate Card administration practices and providing excellent customer service. Assist and resolve emergency escalations with upmost urgency and quality
- Conduct inventory maintenance / update
- Coordinating and maintaining user interface, documenting processes and policies related to page development, creating graphics and images
Ideal background:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience or related field with customer service experience in data or risk management
- Strong work ethic; excellent use of discretion and judgment
- Good command of English language (both verbal and written)
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Enhanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
