Information Security Junior Business Analyst

The Information Security Junior Business Analyst is a challenging position responsible for executing the Cyber Security Operations Fusion Center directives and activities that are aligned with Citi's Cyber Security initiatives. The responsibilities include leading efforts in program and project management, collect and analyze data to support strategic goals, and support organization’s transformative efforts.
Your responsibilities will be:
Validating compliance with IS policies, practices, and procedures.
Supporting the remediation of IS related issues in coordination with business partners and stakeholders.
Collecting, analyzing, and coordinating compliance and audit related deliverables for the business.
Identifying, gathering, and documenting tools enhancement requirements through collaboration with various business partners and stakeholders. Analyzing the business needs and participating in solutions discussions to drive process improvements and issues resolution.
Developing and executing project plans to support business initiatives.
Generating, aggregating, and analyzing status reports and metrics. Proposing improvements where applicable based on data findings and trends analysis.
Troubleshooting application support tickets. Working with development team as needed to prioritize and remediate production support issues.
Being responsible for JIRA maintenance and management.
Ideal qualifications:
3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Highly organized, detailed oriented with ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skillsets
Proven ability to apply analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques
Fluency in English
Experience with many phases of Software Development Life Cycle
Proven interpersonal, influencing and relationship management skills
Comfortable with leadership role, giving presentations in public speaking forum
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for visualization
JIRA Confluence and SharePoint as well as Information Security skills are nice to haves
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
