Role Overview:

  • Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects and foster communication between business leaders and IT
  • Consult with users and clients to develop complex Analytical Dashboards to support business processes and and industry standards.
  • Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
  • Communicate with internal users to define and document requirements for Analytical Dashboards
  • Work with internal client relationship managers to validate Analytical Dashboard requirements and maximize accuracy of resulting data
  • Design and implement Analytical Dashboards to enable dynamic decision making
  • Serve as an expert in best-practices and advise teams

Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Tableau and/or other BI Analytics toolsets (Tableau Preferred)
  • Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills
  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships
  • Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design of Analytical Dashboards to meet the needs of internal users from initial requirement gathering to implementation.
  • Contribute ideas based on a strong technical base of knowledge related to dashboard and report design experience.
  • Assess and analyze data from disparate systems forming relationships that provide relevant insights to management enabling strategic decision making.
  • Work effectively across internal CRS teams/partners as well as external vendors to ensure efforts are fully understood, risks are mitigated, and deliverables are per requirements.

Knowledge/Experience:

  • 4+ years of “hands-on” Analytical Dashboard creation with corporate real estate or information management teams
  • Experience in working with Business Intelligence (BI) platforms (Tableau Preferred)
  • Experience with data visualization, data integrations, IWMS software, or Archibus a plus.
