Citi’s Risk Management organization oversees Citi’s risk governance framework and risk appetite, ensures all risks generated by the firm’s businesses are measured, reviewed, and monitored on an ongoing basis.

We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Vice President - Program Management Senior Lead - Hybrid. (Internal Job Title: Senior Vice President– C14) based in Bangalore - India. In this role, you’re expected to:

The Program Management Senior Lead is responsible for delivering analytics/modeling projects within the DART (Data, Analytics, Reporting, Technology) organization, partnering closely with Model Developers, Model Sponsors, and Technology. The role requires prior experience leading cross-functional teams within Risk or Modeling. Excellent communication skills are required in order to present and negotiate at senior levels.

In this role, you are expected to:

  • As a Project Management Senior Lead for DART (Data, Analytics, Reporting, Technology) responsible for end-to-end program delivery, including development and management of integrated program/projects plans.

  • Contribute to the development of program scope and implementation design. Define RACI and KPIs and other measurements to ensure success of the project implementation.

  • Direct the communication of program/project status to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis.

  • Direct the identification of risks which impact program delivery and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary.

  • Responsible for adhering to Citi Program Management Policy & Procedures including utilization of systems like PTS, JIRA, etc.

  • Coordinate with Technology where ongoing systemic enhancements are required to enhance the existing process; aligned with annual tech investment process.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • 15+ years of experience

  • Demonstrate a consistent track record as Program or Project Manager delivering complex cross-functional efforts.

  • Prior experience in Risk or Modeling preferred. Good knowledge of Counterparty risk analytics.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficient in content creation for executive summary, senior management review packages

  • Highly organized, detail oriented, experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions.

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically PowerPoint and Excel

  • PMP preferred but not required.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
