About the Team:

The HR Reengineering Lead will be part of HR WITA’s SSD Solutions Optimization team. This newly created team's future proposition is to provide process design engineering to HR process owners from across all HR disciplines, increasing automation, simplifying processes by leveraging technology to provide simple and effective employee focused processes.

About the Role:

This role will support the HR team to deliver process design and re-engineering solutions, ensuring the employee and manager experience is foremost in the design thinking.  This is individual contributor role reporting to the HR Re-engineering Lead. It entails partnering with project managers, process owners and specialists supporting process change. Focus on leading efforts to streamline and enhance HR processes, achieving significant cost savings, efficiency improvements, and risk reduction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing innovative approaches to ensure successful transformational change is implemented consistently across all HR sites globally.
  • Applying innovative thinking to overhaul outdated practices, adopting new technologies and methodologies to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points, ensuring that process improvements align with organizational goals and expectations.
  • Facilitating workshops to foster collaborative problem-solving, analyze current state, and develop future state models across teams.
  • Creating process narratives and documenting workflow, identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, and strengthening controls.
  • Leveraging data to provide insights into pain points in the current state and for the development of future state design.
  • Applying Lean methodology to identify process gaps, drive process improvements, mitigate risks, and improve employee experience.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience
  • Strong ability to analyze process workflows and data to identify opportunities for improvement, understand root cause of pain points, develop innovative solutions, and craft future state.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate process changes and benefits to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment.
  • High level of self-motivation and planning in order to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
  • Process oriented with the ability to apply Lean methodology to drive improvements.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
  • Certification in Lean or related process improvement methodology preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
