Citibank, N.A. seeks a Specialized Analytics Group Manager for its Wilmington, DE location.

Duties: Support complex, critical, large professional fraud-modeling and analytical initiatives, integrating advanced data science, statistical analysis, and financial crime prevention strategies. Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact to achieve the objectives of the function. Responsible for the end results of an area, including developing and leveraging advanced fraud modeling to detect and prevent fraud within the banking industry. Apply in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions and facilitate delivery of a full range of services to one or more businesses and geographic regions. Organize control over resources, policy formulation, and planning to influence business growth and enhance customer experience sub-function. Involved in short- to medium-term planning of actions and resources for own business strategies and rules to prevent fraud activities. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Economics, Statistics, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related quantitative occupation performing fraud detection analysis within the financial services industry. Six (6) years of experience (or four (4) years of experience with a Master's) must include: Delivering advanced analytics solutions and advanced machine learning techniques in a Big Data environment; Performing coding utilizing tools including SAS, SQL, Python, Impala, and Hive; Developing predictive fraud detection models and customer experience enhancement models using traditional and advanced machine learning techniques including algorithms, Logistic Regression, Gradient Boosting, Random Forests, and Natural Language; Analyzing fraud subject matter and preventing various types of fraud including 1st party fraud, 3rd party fraud, and synthetic identity fraud for financial institutions and enterprises to expand healthy business growth, enhance customer experience; and protect customers’ identity safety; and Directing product development stages and industry best practices in real-time deployment for scalable and efficient fraud detection and prevention solutions.  In the alternative, employer will accept a Master’s degree and four (4) years of experience. 40 hrs./wk.
