What do we do?

SMBF Production Management:

Our organization owns application support and the delivery of infrastructure services to the across Citi, through our global and diverse team of over 3000 people positioned across 66 cities in 37 countries supporting ~2000 applications. The SMBF Production Management organization provides business critical application management and support to our SMBF clients globally. The Infrastructure Service Delivery organization, through efficient provision and effective use of infrastructure, are uniquely positioned to deliver tangible benefit to SMBF, alongside a best-in-class service from the global CTI organization. 

Your role in our team would encompass the following and more:

• Drive the Delivery of Enhanced Data & Analytics Maturity: Lead the charge in evolving our data and analytics capabilities within Production Management. You will champion the adoption of next-generation analytics, moving beyond descriptive and diagnostic analysis towards predictive and prescriptive insights.

• Enable Data-Driven Decision Making: Collaborate across teams to define, measure, and communicate the impact of data and analytics initiatives. Your work will empower data-driven decision making and drive tangible improvements.

• Champion Innovation: Embrace a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Explore and implement cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to enhance our data and analytics processes.

• Be a Collaborative Leader: Work closely with stakeholders across Production Management and other departments to ensure successful implementation of data and analytics initiatives. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships will be essential.

Qualifications:

Essential:

• Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

• Strong data analysis and visualization skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite

• Strong Proficiency in Python, APIs, and DB connectivity

• Familiarity with github usage in a team

• Solid IT Service Management (ITSM) knowledge and experience

Desirable:

• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles

• Project management experience

• Familiarity with AI/Emerging Technologies

• Production support experience

• Proven experience using JIRA / AGILE / SCRUM to deliver solutions 

• Statistical analysis expertise

• Process re-engineering experience

• Business analysis skills
