HR Business Partner
Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for the delivery of day-to-day HR support to Managers. The overall objective of this role is to provide a broad range of HR services to client groups within Citi.
Key responsibilities:
Coaching and supporting managers with people agenda throughout annual employee lifecycle
Partner with business managers to resolve Employee Relations (ER) issues, ensuring appropriate actions are taken and risks are assessed, escalated issues are resolved with urgency, and employment policies and practices are interpreted consistently
Build partnership to foster trust and accountability with key stakeholders: Business Managers, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits and Recruiting team
Cooperate with recruitment on executing recruitment strategy and building talent pipeline
Lead talent and development agenda - work out with the managers to identify L&D needs, roll out global learning initiatives, support managers in succession planning, identifying critical roles, selecting, retaining and developing key talent
Work with Comp&Ben team on salary ranges, salary proposals and annual salary review process
Work with leaders and employees to create engaging work environment
Requirements:
Min 5 years of relevant HR experience
Knowledge of Polish labour law
Ability to operate in a fast paced, complex environment and meet tight deadlines
Very good written and verbal communication skills
Experience in change management and in internal communication would be an advantage
Influencing and problem solving skills
Decision making and courage to challenge
Analytical skills and advanced Excel skills
Fluent English (both written and spoken)
University degree or equivalent experience
