This is a fixed-term role until February 2026 and we can offer you a temporary contract as a replacement for an existing employee.

Team/Role Overview:

Workforce Senior Analyst is responsible for providing operations support services in coordination with the Operations - Core team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of operations support services in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.

The Incumbent will work across the following regions: The United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East and Africa.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee Risk & Control agenda (incidents, audits, records management, SharePoint system attestations etc.) and reporting

  • Coordinate UK, Europe & MEA (Middle East and Africa) data gathering & analysis between respective HR Operations Team Leads (Interview Scheduling/Early Careers, Onboarding/Right To Work, Background Screening)

  • Provide operational updates

  • Track & report Talent Acquisition Operations (TAO) headcount (attrition/backfills, Leave of absence, Resources)

  • Support engagement initiatives (i.e. All Hands Calls) & Voice of Employees (VOE) agenda (budget, initiatives)

  • Monitor Russia Localization Project with the regional HR (Human Resources) counterparts

  • Drive data clean ups (SharePoint structure & entitlements, Workday system entitlements review, removal of legacy teams reference etc.)

  • May be required to temporarily support operational activity of the Talent Acquisition Operations team as/if required due to workload/as a back up of other Team Leads

What we'll need from you:

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience within HOperations Support or a similar area

  • Solid background in managing Stakeholders across regions

  • Experience in analyzing business requirements, developing test plans, and discrepancy resolution

  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

  • Self-motivated and detail oriented

  • Proven organization and time management skills

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Very good knowledge of English (C1 preferred)


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
