Senior Vice President, HR Technology Solutions & Strategy Lead
The WITA (Workforce Intelligence Talent Acquisition) Solutions Systems & Optimization lead is a senior-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. This role focuses on end-to-end WITA Solutions technical strategy & implementation (Enterprise Workforce Management + Talent Acquisition), global recruitment Ecosystem, comprised of Resources@Citi, Workday recruitment, AI enabled review & screening, skills assessment via Eightfold, interviewing, and integrations, and much more.
This role will report directly to the WITA Solutions Global head.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Responsible for defining the end-to-end strategy, the technology landscape and implementing programs & projects running in WITA Solutions portfolio.
- Leads & Oversees business requirements, test plans, strategies and results, along with key business stakeholder partnerships and outcomes.
- Work closely with internal/external partners and subject matter expertise to innovate, define, enhance & implement projects across WITA Solutions following Citi defined development life cycle.
- Develops and designs standards & procedures, ensures that they are adhered to throughout the software development life cycle.
- Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.
- Serve as WITA Solutions ambassador, socializing the program & product roadmap across stakeholders, sharing knowledge and answering questions.
- Understand business needs, align with product roadmap & strategy, document requirements, test plans and communicate it to the technology / development team.
- Liaise with stakeholders on an ongoing basis to understand their needs and priorities as well as pro-actively manage expectations, obtain buy-in, gather feedback, and resolve issues.
- Responsible for defining and prioritizing WITA Solutions product backlog.
- Design, develop, and deploy technology solutions to support Workforce Planning (EWM).
- Provide technical knowledge and experience during planning and execution. Identify and resolve system integration issues.
- Assist with problem determination and resolution efforts when operational issues with integration solutions arise.
- Assist with identifying opportunities to enhance business processes via integration and minimize the impact of integration on business processes.
- Measure, monitor and report on implementation progress to senior stakeholders.
- Liaise with stakeholders on an ongoing basis to understand their needs and priorities as well as pro-actively manage expectations, obtain buy-in, gather feedback, and resolve issues.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required. Masters degree is preferred.
- 10+ Years of Experience, preferably in Financial Services and HR portfolio & projects.
- Proven experience in overseeing the linking of cross-functional applications/systems
- Experience in implementing Workday and/or Enterprise workforce management systems
- Strong Technology/Workforce Management acumen
- Strong expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) technologies, along with a solid understanding of global and regional processes and workflows.
- Understanding of Citi’s Financial Planning processes is preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to navigate cross-cultural and cross-functional environments.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to influence and motivate others, delivering positive outcomes in complex projects involving business stakeholders, technology partners, and global and regional collaborators.
- Proficiency in guiding several teams focused on product development, with a high level of comfort in steering multiple roadmaps.
- Strong strategic thinking and organization skills
- Able to drive a challenger and catalyst focus during all interactions related to business transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail.
- Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint required.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$130,880.00 - $196,320.00
