VP, Regulatory Comp Lead Analyst (Hybrid)
The Regulatory Compensation Analyst is a seasoned professional role who stays abreast of developments within the regulatory compensation field and contributes to directional strategy with persistent organization and collaboration. Requires basic business and peer business awareness. Developed communication, technical and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasionally external consultants. Significant impact on the area through complex and detailed deliverables. Work impacts the firm globally, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of linking compensation decisions to performance in line with regulatory guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance in identifying Covered Employees consistent with guidance from the OCC, FRB and FDIC designed to help ensure that incentive compensation policies at banking organizations do not encourage imprudent risk-taking and are consistent with the safety and soundness of the organization
- Collaborates with HR Advisors and Compensation team members as well as other disciplines such as Risk, Compliance, Audit, Legal, Finance, and Technology
- Works closely with all subject matter experts to develop and modify regulatory compensation strategy, policy and approach
- Major focus on regulatory initiatives within the Compensation function, and demonstrating compliance internally and externally
- Applies technical expertise in Compensation principles, practices and procedures in the completion of assignments
- Manages multiple projects collaborating with multiple teams and has the ability to influence decisions
- Develops relevant communication materials for relevant stakeholders to be disseminated verbally and in PowerPoint
- Project management, program execution and strong organizational skills is a must
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of related experience, including Project Management in a Controls Environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
