VP, Project Manager - Integrated Controllership Delivery (Hybrid)

The Integrated Controllership Delivery team is dedicated to supporting controllership on the highest priority global initiatives, aiming to accelerate delivery on both external and internal commitments while mitigating risks.  This is accomplished through a comprehensive understanding of the project requirements, close collaboration with project owners to liaise with Technology, Finance Quality Assurance, Risk & Controls, Internal Audit, and Finance Org PMO, and management of expenses effectively. 

As a VP – Project Manager, you will support and participate in complex initiatives, programs, and projects through all activities in a project/program life cycle by owning management of core PM processes (i.e., risk/issue management, reporting, plan management, etc.).  This position offers opportunity for growth while supporting all activities within a project’s life cycle.

As a Finance Project Manager you will:

• Provides Leadership and program management of the projects that support a functional area
• Leads, influences, drives and sets regional approach / strategy, within global frameworks; Leads elements of global programmes
• Manages a team of project managers unless role does not require it
• Contributes to the direction and strategy of the wider project team
• Be considered a senior leader within Finance; will face off to global and regional Finance management, cluster / country senior Finance or Technology management, as well as to global functional leads
• Liaise with various departments such as internal audit, finance quality assurance, and program management council

Ideal background:

• 6+ years of relevant work experience with proven program management / governance experience using a structured methodology to successfully track, plan, monitor and report on concurrent, multiple projects
• Experience and ease in interfacing with senior management with excellent and proven presentation skills
• Excellent project planning / organizational skills, including the ability to lead project teams towards clear delivery plans across geography, function and other organizational structures
• Extensive years of working in a multi-cultural environment delivering results with virtual teams
• Well-versed and thorough knowledge of financial processes end to end, systems, measures and concepts on products
• Comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives and collaborate different stakeholder groups (including Technology Teams, Internal Audit, Senior Management, etc.)
• PMP or other Project Management certification a plus
