Responsibilities
The Transformation & Communications Lead Analyst (Business Lead Analyst - C13) is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.
Responsibilities:
Support Transformation commitments including tracking overall closure, responding to program requests, and review and challenge of materials prepared for various stakeholder groups. Ensure quality, efficiency, and accuracy throughout the reporting and program management process.
Responsible for monthly reporting processes to provide senior management with insight into Transformation progress and promote effective decision making across the team.
Assist in developing business material to drive discussions with stakeholders across the managed regulatory commitments.
Ensure that data is summarized and communicated in a clear and concise manner that tells the right story about complex and critical information to senior management, review and challenge teams, partner/stakeholder teams, and regulators.
Support change management, reporting, and control activities for Transformation Risk Reduction Metrics.
Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and develop solutions to escalate and mitigate them.
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
Foster and maintain strong relations with the various governance teams (Transformation Lead Quality Control/Business and Functions Quality Control/Project Management Office) to achieve target-state outcomes.
Job Skills/Qualifications:
6+ years of experience relevant experience in Transformation, Risk Management or Project Management
Must be extremely organized, motivated, and a self-starter
Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders
Team player and relationship management skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
Willingness to ask questions, challenge the process, and seek out solutions
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with JIRA and/or PTS (Project Tracking System) is required
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
Master’s degree preferred

$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
