This role will report to the Risk Process Architecture Lead, responsible for implementation of Citi Enterprise Architecture Methodology (CEAM), management of Risk-owned processes, and identification of applicable controls to manage risks.

The role will drive adoption of CEAM in the Risk organization and in activities related to CEAM integrations, process intelligence, process modelling. This role will support consumers across the enterprise of Risk CEAM processes and drive robust end-to-end integration.

The role will drive implementation of CEAM by partnering with professionals within the Business Architecture, Enterprise Chief Data Office and Central Controls. A good understanding of the financial industry, risk operations, processes, controls is necessary in order to contribute to the objectives of this area.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as Lead Analyst in implementation and adoption of CEAM Business Process Taxonomy across the Risk Organization.
  • Build strong knowledge of Risk business processes and apply knowledge for implementation of CEAM to achieve simplification, standardization, and risk reduction in the process.
  • Maintain CEAM inventory in terms of taxonomy, process ownerships, process models, and controls.
  • Engage with Business Architecture in managing Risk owned processes
  • Support roll out of the CEAM operational tools within the Risk organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to Risk Process Owners in all activities related to managing Risk CEAM processes and help Process Owners navigate their responsibilities.
  • Spearhead efforts on building and maintaining Process Models for Risk owned processes.
  • Ensure strong integration of CEAM in BAU processes (e.g. MCA, Data Use Cases).
  • Support the use of Generative AI to enhance CEAM processes, inform process modelling, and develop metrics reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7-10 years relevant experience in Risk Management, Consulting, Strategy and Operations.
  • Experience/ Knowledge of Process and Control programs is required.
  • Experience in Generative AI preferred. 
  • Independent, self-starter, motivated individual with ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in business taxonomy, process analysis, design, and engineering to drive efficiency and optimization.
  • Ability to work in fast changing environment with ability to align with evolving program demands.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders and ensure alignment to program goals and objectives and meet timelines.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Worked on large scale, complex business initiatives –delivering on program goals.
  • Excellent presentation skills; ability to connect to broader program objectives and tailor communication per targeted / senior executives.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word with ability use advanced features in excel and make effective presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
