This Product Management role will be responsible for Business Analysis, Data Analysis of Reporting & Metrics needs for End User Computing (EUC) Governance.

This role will partner with various cross functional stakeholders, including Businesses and Functions, Technology, Internal Audit andCompliance. Strong communication skills required to influence a wide range of audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibilities include Product Management / Business Analysis for an internal Citi Application, End User Solution Portal Reporting needs
  • Work closely with business functions to articulate the business need and create a user-friendly intuitive application.
  • Decompose high-level information into details and create effective user stories.
  • Maintain a healthy product backlog and ensure the status accuracy.
  • Strong handle on Data Quality, Data Governance and Data Standards
  • Work across multiple businesses and functions as well as second and third lines of defense. ​
  • ​Support strategic control and governance process re-engineering initiatives including the design and build of process flows, tooling and operational frameworks.​
  • Identify the Operational reporting needs across Business Functions and analyze the generic Dashboard for each persona​
  • Understand the Metrics requirements and analyze the data Acquistion needs required presentations is needed
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy is required assurance, Transformation, and Reporting teams to identify areas for improvement​.
  • Ability to understand complex data into understandable reports

Qualifications:

  • 5 - 8 years of Product Management / Business Analysis, relevant experience​
  • 5+ years' Experience in Reporting / Data / metrics related functions; Experience using reporting tools (like Tableau)
  • 1+ years of Experience of Project Management / Scrum / Agile Methodology
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and ‘connect the dots,’ be detail-oriented, and manage competing priorities including emerging risks to deliver solutions in an effective control environment. ​
  • Ability to build strong partnerships and influence key partners to achieve business objectives; must be able to work well with geographically dispersed multi-disciplinary teams. ​
  • Strong investigative and analytical skills for EUC solution identification, implementation, and tracking of effective remediation, and design of sustainable processes.​
  • ​General understanding of relevant banking regulation and supervisory expectations for large complex financial institutions​​
  • Strong communication (written and oral), reporting, presentation and influencing skills. Proven ability to author clearly written communications for senior management (Samples of prior work may be requested).​
  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$87,280.00 - $130,920.00
