Director - Director – Cash Management – Treasury Operations
The Director - Cash Management – Treasury Operations is a senior position responsible for partnering senior management to set the strategy and objectives of the department, whilst executing on transformation and process enhancement delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to determine and implement the business and transformation strategy for the function.
- Review and implement new approaches to address complex issues.
- Manage multiple high priority projects in support of internal and external clients.
- Manage and oversee budget, planning and delivery relating to transformation initiatives.
- Maintain detailed understanding of the business and apply industry and market knowledge to drive improvements within the area.
- Articulate complex recommendations, negotiating with senior leaders and building partnerships.
Qualifications:
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of Operations, Cash Management or Treasury function within Markets, Custody or Treasury environment.
- Technology / Program experience – Project / Program management.
- Product management. Proven analytical capability.
- Upward and downward communication skills. Ability to articulate status, issues, and risk disposition to all stakeholders.
- Effective communication capabilities with senior and executive management.
- Proven ability to manage various concurrent activities/projects.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
