Responsibilities

The Resource and Business Management Lead manages the overall business office function for the CBNA CFO and Finance Transformation team within the Finance organization. This includes responsibility for headcount, Tech and non-Tech budget, third-party consulting engagements, and resource location strategy. This role reports into the Business Execution Office for CBNA CFO & Finance Transformation, which has broader responsibility for executive communications and strategy, risk and controls and CBNA CFO financial planning.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage consolidated list of employee headcount across ~ 1200 employees
  • Monitor aging of open roles and facilitate new or incremental roles through Workforce Hiring Council
  • Manage third-party consulting engagements, in partnership with Procurement
  • Manage overall Technology and Non-Technology budgets, in partnership with LFO Finance including annual budget planning and ongoing monitoring
  • Manage all budget related requests across team, like travel and expenses
  • Develop and manage resource location strategy across team
  • Drive Finance-wide initiatives across the team, including those aligned to Consent Order (e.g. ACT program)
  • Represent the team on Finance-wide resource and budget management forums, including with senior management
  • Manage a team of resources aligned with resource and business management activities
  • Drive routine and ad hoc reporting requests

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years experience in financial services, consulting or related industry, including managerial experience
  • Prior expense managing resource and business management activities
  • Experience managing teams with broad accountability in a complex environment. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional organization.
  • Ability to balance strategic priorities with tactical actions
  • Proven track record and accountability in making quick decision that have an immediate impact on business financials .
  • Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Some external communication/negotiation may be necessary.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree and managerial experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$170,000.00 - $300,000.00
