***Apps Dev Tech Lead Analyst - C13 - TAMPA
The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements
- Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
- Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint
- Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals
- Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions
- Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
- Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications
- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
- Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred

The IT Project Manager is a professional role to manage the end-to-end delivery of the Project requirements with in scope, schedule and cost. Applies in-depth Project Management knowledge, tracking the deliverables end to end and the improvement of processes and workflow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and Developers within a defined area. Manage multiple project management methodology like iterations, Agile Sprints etc. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the overall business. Evaluates potential Risks impacting deliverable, prepare the mitigation plan and execute the plan when necessary. Work closely with all stakeholders where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Assist the Project owner with the budget planning in PTS. Significant impact in terms of project size, schedule etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Additionally manage the infrastructure of the application.
Project Deliverables:
- Coordinate with Corporate Tax ITM Development team and Business team to facilitate the requirements understanding and plan the deliverables based on resources, schedule, and scope.
- Create the comprehensive project plan for each iteration and run the project from start to end in line with schedule and budget.
- Verifies team’s adherence to control and risk implementations as well as standards and process changes.
- Determines scope and impact of project risks and issues; raises and resolves issues. Track all the issues to closure by coordination between Development and business team.
- Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of information in complicated and unique situations.
- Work closely with project manager for end delivery of end results and contribution to planning, budget management and formulation of procedures; influences resource planning.
- Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with external parties.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating deep knowledge in business requirements and path towards meeting them.
- Runs daily status call and track the project end to end.
Infrastructure Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all Physical server, Managed and cloud VMs, Database and ECS capacity for Corporate Tax Income Tax Module.
- Responsible for all upgrades to be done by Application team.
- Capacity planning in Database management
- Work closely with the project manager on the EOVS, vulnerability management on all the hardware and software in the infrastructure of the project.
- Assist in setting up new infrastructure for the new projects added to Corporate Tax Income Tax Module including cost analysis, procurement and setup.

$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
