Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst for its Tampa, Florida location.

Duties: Analyzes user needs and develops software solutions, updates software, and enhances existing capabilities. Coordinates the end-to-end test flow for Oracle Database Migration. Performs testing at App functionalities level over Oracle platform. Reports issues to UI teams and DB (Database) teams. Performs UAT and ensures issues are addressed. Assists with migrations from Sybase OBJ to Oracle OBJ. Responsible for providing technical information Oracle object migration, including stored procedures and SQL queries in Sybase Database. Coordinates Views migration and defines migration priorities, including distribution, conducts regular follow-ups with the database team, and maintains master tracking tool. Manages workflows to migrate Oracle objects, including Stored Procedures, VIEWS, and triggers. Tests eSales screens and functionalities in UAT. Migrates and validates Autosys jobs. Utilizes Shell scripting, Autosys, AppDynamics, Udeploy, SFTP, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and TIBCO. Serves as the SME for International Trading Room Software (ITRS). Leverages ITRS to enable the development team to act proactively, and anticipate and remediate problems in a non-production environment before releasing code changes to production. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent), in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field and six (6) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as an Applications Support Technical Lead Analyst, Applications Support Senior Analyst/Manager involving Oracle databases and Autosys jobs for the banking industry. Six (6) years of experience must include: ITRS (International Trading Room Software); SQL Sybase; Shell Script Programming Language; Autosys Jobs; Oracle Database and Sybase Database; AppDynamics for monitoring and optimizing application performance; Udeploy to orchestrate and automate installation and deployment; SFTP to access, transfer, and manage files on remote systems; Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana to manage large volumes of data; and TIBCO EMS.
