We are seeking a Product Management Lead Analyst based in Singapore to join the Global Insurance Team. The successful candidate will assist in the end-to-end management of our insurance business, supporting in ensuring timely delivery of partner commitments and client value propositions. This role will play a critical part in our business ensuring compliance with internal controls, local privacy laws, and regulations. The role will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the broader Product Management team, coordinating with cross functions stakeholders and insurance providers, prepare the necessary documentations including running digital campaigns to drive revenue, and validations for financials and controls reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in required discussions across internal and external teams. Key contact point in working with other cross function stakeholders globally on new digital and insurance partner related initiatives
- Co-create digital journeys for insurance products along with multiple stakeholders including experience, technology and country teams
- Responsible in assisting in preparation for new product onboarding and campaign launches including approvals from global stakeholders.
- Ensure products offer good value proposition for customers and are aligned with policies and standards. Manage and organize product pipeline for approval meetings
- Oversee day-to-day product management for core products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results
- Execute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to Citi clients
- Coordinate with product team and stakeholders on product approval/management and any enhancements/upgrades to meet Customer needs or policy requirements
- Comfortable in communicating with multiple stakeholders including business leaders, control members and external stakeholders
- As a self-starter ability to determine what to do, while navigating multiple digital channels and the ambiguity of tracking across those channels
- Interface with Governance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and ensure that implementations meet risk and control needs to protect business and customer interests
- Provide subject matter expertise across product, channel and client initiatives
- Oversee strategic roadmap, development, launch, and marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product
- Oversee all aspects of program life cycle management including market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field
- Help drive innovation by working with external partners/alliances to develop products, manage vendor relationships, and prepare agreements
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of relevant experience
- Experience managing across multi-function and/or global business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization
- Work collaboratively with global partners in other functional units; ability to navigate a large-scale organization
- Ability to work under pressure and excellent project management and organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple projects at one time
- Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Working knowledge in compliance laws, rules, regulations and privacy risks in the Insurance sector will be a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred
