We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Vice President, Technology Senior Recruiter- Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Recruiter Senior - C12) based in Singapore. 

The Recruiter Senior is an intermediate position responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to participate in various recruitment initiatives in support of the overall business strategy.

In this role, you’re expected to:

  • Work with hiring managers and Human Resource partners to manage full-cycle recruitment process:

  • Source applicants, screen resumes, interview, and assess candidates to provide qualified candidates to hiring managers. Ability to source talent through social media channels and other networking activities

  • Facilitate feedback to key stakeholders to ensure timely production of appropriate documentation and approval

  • Negotiate candidate offers, research markets and peer organizations, and provide stakeholders with market data and activity information

  • Work with the Diversity team to facilitate slate process as well as promote and manage internal mobility process

  • Act as a SME to senior stakeholders and/ or other team members

  • Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that “best practice” recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process.

  • Identify gaps in the existing ways of working & bring in efficiencies where possible

  • Handle challenges, issues, effectively and highlight when support is needed

  • Build and maintain sold partnership with other WITA teams like Sourcing, TAO, PAI etc.

  • Manage relationships with search firms/agencies to drive timely and thorough sourcing of high quality, diverse candidate pool as well as participate in diversity recruiting events and activities

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in Technology recruiting

  • Strong market knowledge and understanding of the Technology industry. Well versed with various tech stacks and new age skills such as Cloud Data & AI

  • Working knowledge of compensation structures

  • Strong stakeholder management

  • Excellent in data management

  • Demonstrated core recruiting and leadership skills

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
