The Intermediate Financial Reporting Analyst is a mid-level role responsible for generating, tracking, and filing financial reports in coordination with the Finance Team. The overall objective of this role is to accurately prepare and report on business/financial transactions, reports, and statements in accordance with local regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Assist on Regulatory Risk Report Requirements (deep knowledge of financial instruments and its accounting is needed).
• Assist on reporting of DLO, DRM, DDR, DRL, IRRBB to the regulator.
• Assist on production of metrics for senior management, highlighting key issues and resolution status, and maintain and improve related operational and analytical procedures.
• Assist in the development of process efficiencies and improvement efforts, as well as data quality improvement projects.
• Interpret policies, guidelines, and processes and resolve complex problems and transactions.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
• Ability to work with counterparts in different areas of organization.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluent/ Advanced English skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on MS Excel (Python or other programming languages is a plus)
• Good knowledge in Financial Products/ Risk Management.
• Experience with risk regulatory reporting to Brazilian Central Bank.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
