Senior UAT Analyst- C12 - PUNE
Job Purpose:
We are looking to bring in bright individual UAT Lead who is responsible to assist end user for UAT and Preprod- schedule UAT, prepare user manual, E2E governance of UAT including access management in Finance, Accounting & Ledger space. The candidate is required to possess relevant UAT experience in the complex multi tech systems and should be a strong team player. While working in a cross-functional environment, this position requires intense collaboration with the engineering, development, design, testing, line of business, subject matter experts.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding of requirements through stories, themes, requirement documents, etc.
- Co-ordinate with regional SPOC and plan/schedule UAT & Preprod.
- Understand the UAT scope and prepare user manual.
- Get relevant set-up done and perform sanity testing before handing over the WF/solution to user.
- Track CR/Defects with tech team & End user until closure.
- Should be able to co-ordinate with multiple up-stream and downstream system POC and plan and execute UAT.
- Preparing management reports, presentations for the deliveries.
- UAT planning and strategy
Qualifications:
- 8 to 12 years’ experience in BA & UAT test management & testing.
- Strong stakeholder management skillsets.
- Strong Communication with business for closures and sign-off.
- Experience in JIRA, tracking and monitoring.
- Experience in Core Finance systems like accounting, ledger, balance sheet.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
- Experience in creating various documentations like data flow diagrams, process flows, controls, SOP, trackers, JIRA dashboards, etc.
- Exposure to Test Automation, Cucumber, Selenium is an added advantage for this role.

- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
