In this role, you will apply your expertise as Scrum Master to aid the teams in building varying technology solutions while promoting agile adoption across the organization.  We are looking for professionals with a passion for executing the principles of the agile methodology in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will work as a Scrum Master on 3-4 scrum teams with team members located in multiple regions

Key Responsibilities:

·Facilitates the Agile process and ensures that all scrum cadences occur and are productive – daily scrum meetings, planning sessions, etc.

·Oversees the Scrum process and coaches the team; facilitates transparency, inspection, and adaptation

·Helps the team focus on creating high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done

·Facilitates communication and collaboration inside and outside the team

·Support and aids the product team in creating and managing a clearly defined backlog, release planning, sprint planning and backlog refinement

·Contributes to the defining best practices and governance for the team where necessary

·Facilitates the team’s agreement on what can be achieved during each sprint

·Coaches the team through regular reviews of the team processes and practices to achieve continuous improvement

·Facilitates stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.

Technical Expertise:

·Working experience of 12 years with at least 4+ years of work experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach of distributed Agile team in tech domain preferred

·Experience in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (Scrum at Scale, SAFe) with a deep understanding of Agile values and principles

·Can showcase examples of implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments

·Experience working with technical delivery teams and knowledge of technical engineering best practices including test driven development and technical solution integrations

·Skilled in training or coaching individuals and teams in Agile practices and values (lean and product management a plus); working experience (2+ years)

·Good communicator with problem solving mindset and focus on process improvement

·Experience and working knowledge of conducting agile work using collaboration tools (Jira and confluence preferred

·Scrum Master and Agile Certifications preferred

·Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

·Skilled in Engineering Practices, Business Strategy and Product Management

Skills & Qualifications:

·Required - PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification

·Preferred - Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification 

·7-12 years of experience in Project Management, active Scrum Master experience with in-depth knowledge of Scrum and implementation of Agile Methodologies

·Strong knowledge of Scrum Management, Sprint and Release planning

·Understanding of and experience with Software Development Life Cycles; must have a solid background utilizing an Agile approach to software development.

·Excellent interpersonal communication and facilitation skills and proven ability to work with diverse personality types. 

·Effective oral, written, and presentation skills are required

·Ability to gain credibility to influence decision makers and influencers (influence within and across boundaries) without direct authority.

·Knowledge and/or experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
