Product Owner - Compliance Tech

Job Title: Product Owner (C11)
Experience: 5-6 years
Key Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain the product backlog
• Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements to support development
• Work closely with engineering, UX, and ICRM team to deliver high-quality features in an Agile environment
• Facilitate backlog grooming and be actively involved in all agile ceremonies at scrum level
• Gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders, balancing competing priorities and ensuring alignment
• Support multiple business groups and external systems during the UAT phase
• Production support for any high priority and critical issues/incidents
• Ability to fetch and analyze data using basic SQL queries
• Be able to work independently / with minimal supervision
• Flexible and able to manage time effectively

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5-6 years of experience in product management, preferably in banking or financial services
• Hands on experience with SAFE Agile framework
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
• Hands on experience with JIRA, Confluence
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, Compliance
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification (or equivalent) is a plus
