Java Full Stack Developer (C11) - PUNE

About the Role:

• We are seeking intermediate full-stack software engineers who are passionate about solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices.
• You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-quality software solutions while upholding best-in-class engineering standards, including test automation, security, and modern methodologies.
• This role involves writing code, collaborating with other developers, breaking down acceptance criteria to understand team backlog deliverables, complexities, and risks, and contributing effectively to an agile team.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications & application features.
• Implement trunk-based development practices to enable continuous integration and rapid delivery.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and testable code following SOLID principles and software design best practices.
• Ensure high levels of unit test coverage, test-driven development (TDD), and behavior-driven development (BDD).
• Actively contribute to hands-on coding, code reviews, and refactoring to maintain high engineering standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning.

Skills and Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills:

• 4+ years of strong hands-on experience in coding Java, Multi threading, REST API , SpringBoot, Hibernate ,Kafka, SQL (Oracle), Git.
• Hands on experience with UI technology like Angular, JavaScript.
• Hands on experience with Junits, Karate Framework & Cucumber.
• Expertise in design pattern & SOLID design principles.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience conducting code reviews, vulnerability assessments, and secure coding.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Knowledge of performance tuning, observability, and production monitoring.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with event-driven architecture, domain driven design & distributed systems.
• Familiarity with caching solutions and tooling.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
