The Digital S/W Eng Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and drive ownership and accountability of Application Security operations and supporting aligned IT initiatives.
Drive clear, concise, pragmatic outcomes with senior business and technology leaders that balance risk with business objectives.
Deliver projects and programs; facilitate agreement on objectives and success measures, provide overall issue resolution and roadblock removal.
Engage across the organization to quickly connect information and people to drive enterprise projects, programs, and initiatives.
Understand stakeholder drivers and use that knowledge and those relationships to drive effective prioritization and roadmaps for delivery against our security debt book of work.
Present balanced viewpoints of options and recommendations based on strong front-to back understanding of existing capabilities and frameworks combined with a strong understanding of emerging technologies and best practices.

Requirements:
Hands-on and strong experience 10+ years within Enterprise Domains for Risk or Security Management.
Good knowledge of various risk and security tools such as ThreatMetrix and/or Transmit; Bot Detection tools such as Akamai and/or Shape; perimeter defense strategies using APIGateways; Cloud Security best practices; and source code scanners such as Black Duck.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to decipher and prioritize asks accordingly.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of common exploits, defense in depth strategies, and enterprise friction points.
Knowledge of operational security capabilities including access control, regulatory compliance, security, secure coding, and incident response.
Track record of anticipating risks and finding sound implementable solutions.
Proven solid written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively
communicate status, risks, and issues to executive management.

Education:
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master's degree preferred
