Data Quality Analytics and Reporting Lead Analyst - C13 - PUNE
The Data Quality Analytics & Reporting Lead is responsible for working with the respective functions, within Custody operations on all aspects of data management, delivering the below mentioned requirements (responsibilities ) with due subject matter and industry expertise across the organization. The overall objective is to manage and execute continuous Data Quality by managing the controls, setting parameters and guidelines for measurement, evaluation, remediation and communications of Data Quality and Data Quality risk. Requires in-depth understanding of data and reporting. Requires sound analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from various sources to monitor and certify authoritative data sources and remediate data concerns.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Executor on behalf of senior Data Owner i.e. executor for Data Owners – Data Owners final attestation where required.
- Data ownership and DCRM (Data Concern Remediation Management) tracking.
- Appropriate intake of DQ (Data Quality) issues or concerns into the DCRM tool and suggesting / designing DQ controls for the end users.
- Maintaining the repository of such issues and concerns with updated statuses.
- Partner with the Technology owners (as needed), to operate or monitor the DQ controls
- Leading / participating in the root cause analysis along with facilitating the identification of similar issues within the global teams.
- Provides in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop solutions
- Monitoring and reporting of metrics to the data users / consumers to the quality of Enterprise data used by the business processes.
- As part of functional governance and oversight, present the data findings / status in different forums as per agreed frequency.
- Co-ordinate DCRM trainings for respective functions.
- EUC Champions – Co-Ordinator or Owner. Dependant on the Functions’ size, ownership or co-ordinator role will be determined.
- ITess Lead for capture and risk reduction (The IT-enabled Smart Solution standard sets forth requirements to support the responsible creation of non-IT developed software solutions within the Citi IT environment).
- Individual will carry the responsibility of PBIO (Primary Business Information Owner) & Application Ownership
- Will act as applications RMO (Records Management Officer) for the respective functions, where required.
- CEAM Process Mapping/BCP Mapping (Business Recovery Co-ordinator) for the respective functions.
- Providing Service Owner yearly attestation, or as required.
- Completes projects to acquire data, manage it, and present it for use in reporting and statistics
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience, Banking or Finance industry preferred
- Expertise in data quality methodologies and governance framework.
- Effective collaborator, by being able to build relationship and partnership s with others to meet shared objectives
- Communicates effectively and in a way that conveys a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
- Proficient in the use of basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Education:
- Bachelor's/University degree.
