Cash & Trade role is to provide high quality service to our internal and external customers by ensuring that their expectations are continually met, offering uniformly high standards as well as support the expansion of the Trade business

Key responsibilities:

  • Understand and comply with all internal rules/policies and procedures and also with applicable requirements

  • Ensure correct and complete screening of trade finance and trade service transactions, according with all applicable policies                                            

  • Ensure correct booking of trade finance and Trade Service  transactions according to applicable policies and procedures

  • Monitoring of due contracts

  • Performing daily and monthly controls and internal reporting for processed transactions

  • Report and document any exception, nonstandard item

  • Producing reports / dashboards to monitor projects quality and progress ,

  • Coordinate internal stakeholders

Experience & Skills:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

  • Good time management and prioritisation skills

  • Analytical skills

  • Flexibility and adaptability

  • Should be comfortable with MS-Office and common internal applications

  • Attention to detail

  • Planning & Organisation skill

  • VBA skills will be an additional advantage

  • Experience with SWIFT massages will be an additional advantage
