Trade Poland Hub located within the structures of CSC Poland in Olsztyn. A business Center that aims to provide high-quality services to clients and other entities of the Citi Group around the world.

The Trade Analyst 1 "Maker" if a beginner level position and "Checker" if already experienced, responsible for providing analytic support core trade transactions booking against the parameters of requests sent out by the branch/clients via Trims and Flexcube if needed. Make sure the lines reconciliations on daily, weekly and monthly basis. The overall objective of this role is to perform the maker/checker functions and maintain high productivity, risk-free environment and optimize the process.


Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify trade finance & services transactions. Resolve internal and external client issues and queries promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction. 

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of trade transactions while complying with bank and regulatory requirements. 

  • To have knowledge and basic understanding of the standards applicable to Trade Products the understanding of the daily process and ensures higher criteria in the analysis, processing of operations.

  • Knowledge about compliance, MPP policy and other basic mandatory requirements.

  • Ensure strict adherence to AML/KYC, OFAC, and other trade-related regulatory requirements. Support audits, reviews, and regulatory reporting related to trade operations. 

  • Knowledge of daily process, how TRIMS, Flexcube platform works in details.

  • Understand how to process transactions in above mentioned applications.

  • Participate initiatives to improve automation and digitization within the trade operations unit. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

  • 0-2 years banking experience

  • Fundamental comprehension of financial industry regulations

  • Effective verbal and written skills

  • Effective communication and analytical skills
