Post Execution Quality Reporting Lead, VP (Hybrid)
The Financial Crimes Global Policy Adherence Team within the FCFP organization supports the delivery and ongoing direction of a comprehensive Financial Crimes Program in partnership with multiple functions such as Compliance, Operations, Technology, Risk, Audit, and multiple stakeholders at all levels of management. This team is responsible for fostering a culture of control and compliance, customer centricity and accountability while leading efforts to identify, anticipate and mitigate AML, Sanctions and Ant-Bribery regulatory, reputational, and operational risks. Specifically, Governance Routines and Insights Reporting Lead will support first line of defense reporting activities related to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions/Screening, and Anti-Bribery & Corruption (AB&C) for USPB. Scope of coverage includes CIP (Customer Information Program), KYC (Know Your Customer), AML, Transaction Monitoring (TM, CTR, etc.), and screening (sanctions and non-sanctions), and AB&C.
Responsibilities:
- Initiates and develops reports to satisfy metrics requirements.
- Manage MIS process for all Line Of business PEQR teams
- Assisting with the preparation of KYC Assurance Subcommittee materials, coordinating meetings, documenting minutes, tracking attendance, and maintaining all relevant materials
- Assessing PEQR results in order to identify ongoing trends and propose corrective actions, as necessary
- Provides in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions
- Present global quality metrics to Senior Stakeholders.
- Complete Sample generations for Quality Reviews using specific tools (IBM Cognos tool suite and other visualization tools)
- Monitor and manage key metrics associated with reports to identify challenges and issues. Support implementation of processes and controls to mitigate the risk of inaccurate reporting.
- Collaborate with the team to drive process improvements to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of the regulatory reporting process.
- Assist the team during regulatory inquiries and examinations, delivering accurate information and analysis to aid regulatory reviews.
- Maintaining and supporting SharePoint and other resources to capture the Quality results.
Qualifications:
- 2-5+ years of extensive experience within the financial services industry and regulatory reporting preferably from a Quality environment
- Experience in compiling process and data quality metrics, analyzing results to clearly communicate data-driven analysis to senior management.
- Ability to develop plans, manage individual deadlines and goals.
- Knowledge of program metrics, including gathering, creation, reporting, trend analysis.
- Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.
- Manage client expectations across various stakeholder groups.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office – particularly Excel (metrics and data analysis), PowerPoint (presentation decks), and Word (writing and editing procedural and technical documentation).
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel, including pivot table, slicers, etc.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau.
- Experience in various reporting tools to identify data samples.
