Workplace Operations Analyst - C10 - NY
The Workplace Coordinator ensures that the office environment is safe, organized, and welcoming. This role supports daily office operations, manages vendor relationships, and ensures a smooth and efficient work experience for all employees.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for all workplace-related support for employees, vendors, and visitors.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all workplace-related inquiries and needs.
- As part of ensuring a safe and well-maintained facility, it is important to conduct regular walkthroughs to identify safety hazards, maintenance issues, and repair needs.
- Coordinate office services such as cleaning, maintenance, mail, locker assignment and supply management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring high-quality service and timely deliveries.
- Support onboarding of new employees by setting up desks, office supplies, and access credentials.
- Monitor and track office expenses.
- Assist with workplace health and safety compliance and emergency procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to leadership and departments as needed.
- Collaborate with IT or Facilities teams to support equipment, repairs, and upgrades.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in office coordination, administration, or facilities support.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – particularly with Excel and SharePoint.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Positive, professional demeanor with a customer service mindset.
Work Environment:
- Primarily on-site role in an office setting.
- May require lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
