About the Team
Enterprise Services and Public Affairs seeks to enhance and protect the reputation of Citi, its businesses and the brand through direct and indirect communication with Citi's various stakeholders, including our colleagues. The Global Communications team is a nimble group in Enterprise Services and Public Affairs that covers a broad scope of responsibilities, ranging from executive communications and public engagements to quarterly earnings and corporate reputation programs as well as communications that support our lines of business. The nature of the work provides a dynamic environment where members of the team serve as company spokespeople to media, drive engagement with colleagues and develop external and internal digital communications for a global workforce of more than 200,000 colleagues. Within Citi, the team works with many internal partners, including senior leadership, and regularly coordinates closely with other members of the Enterprise Services and Public Affairs team across the world.

Vice President, Creative Technology and Infrastructure, Creative and Media Services (C13)
Citi’s Creative and Media Services team is seeking a Vice President of Creative Technology and Infrastructure to support the operation and management of our studio and post-production infrastructure environments. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy individual who thrives at the intersection of creativity and technology. You’re a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of media production technology, always looking for ways to enhance efficiency and push creative boundaries. You thrive in a collaborative environment, balancing the demands of our technical infrastructure with the creative vision of the team. Candidates must be highly motivated and flexible with the ability to take initiative and collaborate cross-functionally in a high-pressure environment. This is hybrid (3 days/week) role based in New York, NY.
Responsibilities:
- In partnership with the Head of Creative & Media Services, operate and manage the infrastructure and engineering needs within the team’s studio and post-production facility.
- Maintain and optimize local storage solutions, digital asset management, and content archival workflows, ensuring efficiency, security, and accessibility.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring Creative and Media Services’ studio infrastructure, engineering, and maintenance needs are met with best-in-class solutions.
- Continuously evaluate, document, and refine the team’s systems, workflows, and processes to enhance productivity and innovation.
- Partner closely with the SVP, Content Delivery to support and manage the ongoing development of new creative apps on behalf of global colleagues.
- Work closely with Technology Infrastructure and Mac Support teams to ensure the team’s Mac environment is fully operational and team members have access to all necessary creative apps and systems.
- Monitor and anticipate industry trends in production and post-production technologies and innovations to ensure the team remains at the forefront of cutting-edge solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on production infrastructure, providing technical guidance and support to colleagues and clients across product lines, functions, regions, and markets.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Production, Information Technology, Communications, Marketing or related field required.
- Minimum 6-10 years’ experience in video production or related field
- Must be proficient in various post-production technologies and software including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite, Avid, Final Cut Pro, etc.
- Strong communications (written, verbal and interpersonal) skills, including tact, diplomacy, and ability to influence senior executives.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others and develop partnerships.
- Integrity, maturity, dependability, a positive professional attitude.
- A team player who will implement initiatives effectively and motivate others to carry out their work.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Experience or demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment within a heavily matrixed organization.
