Product Developer
Citibank, N.A. seeks a Product Developer for its New York, New York location.
Duties: Manage and implement deposit products and solutions for Wealth business in North America, Latin America, and Canada markets. Define business requirements in Word and create business cases using Power Point. Manage end-to-end deposit product development throughout the product lifecycle, by creating Product Programs in the New Activity Risk assessment tool to ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations. Manage consumer products and solutions in North or Latin American Markets. Create project plans for solution delivery with technology using Microsoft Project. Oversee project financials using Project Tracking System. Design and review test cases and user acceptance testing of solution. Provide mapping of existing product flows in PowerPoint and Visio. Understand and drive industry mandate compliance, regulatory requirements, and related technical changes for deposits, including enhancing structured data for payment messages in ISO 20022 format. Create and maintain product repository documentation on Power Point, Word, and Teams, and ensure documentations comply with Citi standards. Maintain product policies and terms and conditions that ensure compliance with existing business risk and controls framework and perform reviews for opportunities to enhance controls. Own any product related remediation and escalation of control issues. Perform data analysis using Excel, evaluate product and client and financial data in Tableau, and translate findings into competitive deposit products and solution ideas. Drive product readiness for deposit product enhancements on North America, Latin America, and Canada markets by provide training for Service teams and partner with Bankers to drive adoption on product rollout strategy. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Management Science, Finance, Product Management, or related field and 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or related position involving management of financial services solutions within the global financial services industry of the Latin and North American markets. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the stated fields and 5 years of the specified progressive, post-baccalaureate experience. 3 years of experience must include: Management of consumer products and solutions in North or Latin American Markets; Process mapping using Microsoft Visio; Data and analytics using Excel; and Evaluation of Project plans using Microsoft Project. 1 year of experience must include: Defining Business requirements using Microsoft Word; Risk assessment; Financial market and cross- cultural markets analysis; Data review and metrics analysis using Tableau; and Business case creation using Microsoft Power Point.
