Citi Services includes Treasury & Trade Solutions (TTS) and Securities Services. TTS provides an integrated suite of Liquidity, Payments and Trade/Working Capital solutions to multinational corporations, financial institutions, public sector organizations and increasingly mid-sized corporate clients.

CitiDirect is a global platform used by Citi clients across TTS and is part of the Platforms & Data Services organization. Citi clients use the web and mobile platform to transact, report, communicate and view insights. The platform is going through a large modernization effort requiring marketing materials, help guides, and reference content for consumption both on and off the platform.

The Vice President of Digital Content is a strategic professional who stays familiar with the CitiDirect platform initiatives to drive delivery of different materials and content to accelerate digital adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders across the Product Management team to develop content that drives business objectives and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Work with internal content partners and external content agencies to ensure proper writing of content in a timely fashion
  • Provide recommendations with agency partners to ensure that content is engaging, accurate and optimized for search
  • Review and continuously monitor analytics and optimize content to ensure that traffic/engagement goals and program KPIs are being met
  • Oversee and manage the platforms Content Management System to ensure it is up-to-date and populated with new materials
  • identify and manage key internal and external partnerships to develop innovative and differentiate content for CitiDirect
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy or related field preferably in a role having influenced others
  • Bachelor's degree in a Marketing, Writing, Business Administration or similar discipline is preferred
  • Project management skills working with both internal partners and externals agencies for the development and distribution of content
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented and agile environment while having fun

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$129,840.00 - $194,760.00
