Digital Banking CitiDirect Product Manager is a strategic role in the TTS Platforms & Data Services team. Citi has been investing heavily to build ultra intuitive, high availability, future ready digital platforms for its transaction banking clients. We are looking for a client-obsessed product manager to champion the strategic vision and execution of commercialization of the enhanced digital banking offerings for North America clusters.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for newly revamped digital banking capabilities across North America clusters.
- Be the subject matter expert; Define and communicate the strategic roadmap and value proposition clearly with clients, sales teams and partners on an ongoing basis. Ensure organizational readiness and effective change management end-to-end.
- Acquire a deep understanding of client and market requirements for the clusters, including regulatory changes, market trends, evolving business models and competitor insights.
- Gather market and client feedback for enhancing proposition on an ongoing basis. Represent Voice of Clients for North America in new builds globally.
- Leverage data to identify the best solutions for the various client segments and drive adoption in a targeted way.
- Define metrics for tracking success and leverage data to drive adoption / identify areas of further improvement, innovating to deliver a stellar client experience.
- Collaborate with Sales in defining holistic solutions for clients, understanding the end to end business flow of a transaction from inception to settlement.
- Support all levels of client engagement from product perspective, include RFPs.
- Analyze and anticipate future regulatory requirements in Asia based on developments in other regions as well as roadmap laid out by local regulators in the region.
- Responsible to increase revenue and Manage P&L.
- Improve and automate Billing process.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Skills and Competencies:
- Minimum 7 years of product management experience in digital banking platforms/ product management.
- Client obsession and desire to continuously improve client/developer experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to respond quickly and creatively to complex issues.
- Strong execution skills. Experience in successful implementation of large, customer experience projects while managing cross functional stakeholders.
- Proven experience in Data Analysis and Revenue Management.
- Knowledge of Generative AI
- Experienced with User Entitlements, Payments and Account Management
- Commercialization and Banking experience is preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

$129,840.00 - $194,760.00
