The Cash and Trade Proc Rep 5 is an entry level role responsible for processing basic to relatively complex transfers in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to perform moderately complex cash & trade operation tasks, by providing processing assistance for assigned projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform cash management operations, such as cash handling, check processing, return items and lock-box operations
  • Aid with processing firm payments, receivables, trade transactions, liquidity flows and wholesale card activity
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for User Acceptance Training (UAT) and training initiatives; train new team members and lower level personnel
  • Participate in compliance related activities to minimize losses
  • Assist with cash & trade operational project needs
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated basic experience in cash management processing and transaction services
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data entry skills


Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Without Entry -Forgery Claims :

Input claim Details from our Clients in STARs case management source timely and ensure data is accurate- Work with Bank of First Deposit in recovery of funds.

Conduct Follow ups on cases for timely resolution for client cases

Review and respond to e-mail inquires daily

Process incoming cashier checks and generate financials to credit a client account within designated SLA

Process incoming/assigned mail by end of business day

Maintain complete an accurate shared folder case files

Enter MIS / Benchmark daily

Perform daily review/reconciliation of cases to ensure claims are processed in accordance to MCA (manager control assessment) and PCM (Process Control Manual) time-frames

Participate in compliance related activities as may be needed (COB)

Investigate and resolve issues/ cash breaks related to your process

Assist with training and or cross-training with coworkers as needed.

Provide Support and coverages with team members as needed

Other duties as may be assigned based on business needs

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$43,960.00 - $57,340.00
