PTS Program Management - VP, C13 Mumbai - Banking & International
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to manage key regulatory and strategic programs within the Banking &International Data organization. This role is responsible for overseeing activities that support the execution, enablement, and adoption of the Data Transformation Plan and/or support of use cases through collaboration with lines of business and functions. This role partners extensively with senior management andcollaborates with a wide range of stakeholders across functions to achieve teamoutcomes. An ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, along with strong interpersonal skills and project management expertise are required.
This job requires excellent communication skills needed to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. This role is an individual contributor role working in a team of project managers for the Banking & Data PTS Manager SVP
Responsibilities:
Define, track and change management plans for regulatory and strategic change initiatives.
Simultaneously manage multiple projects plans including delivery actions and escalations.
Drive adoption of Citi Project Management Council (CPMC) standards in managing change including a wider adoption of PTS within the Banking & International Data Organization.
Manage a robust change control process with detailed supporting documentation explaining the rationale for change and impact. Challenge senior stakeholders as necessary on the changes and their impacts.
Gather, synthesize, and distill detailed information to deliver executive level communication.
Develop content for relevant governance forums and present program summary and progress to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience, Banking or Finance industry preferred. Prior consulting experience with a certification on program management and change management preferred.
Experience of managing large scale projects leveraging PTS will be highly advantageous.
Communicates effectively; able to drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levels.
Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectives.
Exceptional negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills across a variety of stakeholders at different levels.
Optimizes work processes by balancing effective / efficient processes with a focus on continuous improvement. Demonstrates ability to balance between seeing the “big picture” while paying close attention to detail.
Organizational savvy: understands systems, management processes, knows where to go for information and how to interpret them.
Working knowledge of Data Operating Model practices, Data Governance and Data Compliance within large, financial services firms.
Education:
Bachelor's/University degree, master’s degree preferred.
