During the two-year program, you will complete two rotations in different products to gain broad exposure to the ICG Operations organization while depending your knowledge base:
• You will be involved in digitalization and re-engineering projects for the assigned product teams
• You will be involved with Trade Processing, Confirmations, Settlements, Asset Servicing, Risk Management, Client Services and strategic Change Management
• You will play a key role in supporting our treasury and trade clients through our cash management services, treasury services, fund administration, securities lending, as well as other business critical banking products and services
• You will work in partnership with all teams from across the Bank, help develop and manage products, processes, and services in ways that maximize profitability while minimizing risk
• You will support Citi’s goal to Be the Best for Our Clients through the development of product expertise and processes that create consistent, exceptional & client centric services

Analysts are expected to assume permanent placements within ICG Operations upon successful completion of the program. High performing Analysts are also eligible to apply for the various Early Career Talent programs in APAC Operation and Technology Organization to gain cross-business and cross-geography working experiences.

The Full Time Analyst position(s) are a two-year rotational program comprising of development-focused rotations, continuous skills training, dedicated mentorship, and access to senior leaders. Institutional Client Group (ICG) Operations support the Capital Markets Investment Banking arm of Citi. Acting as the functional heart of our business, Operations makes everything work on time and on target, in a world that demands lightning-fast transaction speeds, pinpoints execution accuracy and full visibility. It ensures global transactions flow smoothly around the clock, wherever we do business. Without it, the daily clearance, settlement and execution of a trillion dollars’ worth of trades and the weekly movement of tens of billions of dollars in dozens of world currencies would come to a complete standstill.
