Manager - Tax Transfer Pricing
Job Description:
- Prepare end-to-end documentation process for the allocated share of Transfer Pricing (TP) reports/country responsibilities.
- Prior experience with financial transaction/services TP along with understanding of benchmarking analysis.
- Gather and analyze data relating to intercompany transactions for the preparation of TP reports.
- Performing functional interviews and understand complex flows involved in the intercompany transactions.
- Timely and effective escalation management for any business queries.
- Managing routine calls with business/stakeholders to seek appropriate clarifications and information.
- Preparation of statutory TP disclosures forms, if required
- Lead process enhancement initiatives such as TP data centralization, automation and maintenance initiatives.
- Work in close coordination with various internal/external teams to streamline the process enhancement initiative.
- Assist in development and subsequent maintenance of complex TP models.
- Lead the development or adoption of TP documentation software.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc tax transfer pricing assignments, other miscellaneous assignments, if required.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in direct/ international taxation or tax TP.
- Financial services TP experience and 0-2 years of experience in Technology or automation role preferred.
Skills:
- Knowledge of tax transfer pricing and benchmarking skill.
- Excellent communication (written/ verbal)
- Knowledge on financial products and services.
- Data and business analytical skill.
- Advance knowledge in MS Word and Excel.
- Technology or software development or programming skill.
- Deadline oriented.
- Advance interpersonal and presentation skill.
