The GP&P Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. The process reengineering and intelligent automation team is responsible to support Finance Controllers to assess, simplify and optimize their processes with a client centric approach. As a senior analyst your role is key to partner with stakeholders, identify opportunities and necessities, identify bottlenecks, propose new designs and assess the effective usage of technology as part of the solutioning.

The description of the position includes:

  • Execution partner for process optimization and business reengineering analysis by applying a LEAN mindset to the process under assessment. Leverage other methodologies like design thinking to provide a client centric approach.
  • Create and maintain documentation of updated processes, procedures, and work instructions to drive process standardization and improve efficiency.
  • Identify and manage risks associated with new or changed processes and ensure that appropriate controls are in place.
  • Control the portfolio preparing metrics, analysis, and quality validations.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure that they are aware of process changes and provide training and support to facilitate successful adoption of new processes.
  • Strategic partner of consent order milestone’s owners by supporting on the design of streamlined processes.
  • Liaison with technology groups to identify efficient solutioning options. Identify potential technology solutions to the current necessities within a limited availability of applications.
  • Support monitoring of tech investments expenses for the Transformation team.


Responsibilities:

  • Conducting analysis of current processes
  • Monitoring and measuring outcomes and identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with other departments to identify and resolve process inefficiencies
  • Developing and implementing process improvement initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Monitoring and measuring outcomes and identifying areas for improvement
  • Creating reports and presenting findings to senior management
  • Training and mentoring staff members on process changes
  • Monitor tech investment expenses


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field; master’s degree preferred.

  • 8+ years’ experience in corporation or service centers, ideally link to Finance operations.

  • 5+ years of experience in process improvement, project management, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful process improvement initiatives.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive consensus.

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

  • Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies. Certified is preferred.

  • Experience with Agile project management. Certified is preferred.

  • Preferred knowledge on technologies like Tableau, Knime and Appian.
